Large cherry tomato but shaped like a beefsteak (about 1” across). Indeterminate (6 ft. plus), Days to Maturity 75 days, Open pollinated. Dazzling large cherry variety with deep indigo-black shoulders that melt into fiery red with gold and anthocyanin striping. Very strong & assertive flavor with a lot of complexity. This is a very unique cross that was stabilized from Tim’s Taste of Paradise. Best to pick as soon as ripe, unlike some of our varieties that can do well picked in very ripe stages this variety tastes better harvested as soon as it ripens. Very good production and unique flavor. It’s the (flavor) Bomb!
